

Talk about a professional set up this is it. Ice trays with drains for keeping the clams ice cold and in easy reach of the clam shuckers. An elevated serving tray where the shucked clams sit on shaved ice waiting for hungry takers.
It also has a highly polished wood serving bar where the clam lover can add their favorite toppings, including Jim’s secret sauce. Here Commodore Bill Chesser adds some fixins to his clams as the line of clam lovers look on.
