Commodore Disciglio praised Frank for his tireless efforts in running fundraising projects and helping out with any task or job that needed to be done. He said that Frank’s financial and managerial skills were invaluable to the club. He also said that Frank was a friend and a mentor to many members.

Frank joined the club in 1991 and recently retired from the Purser’s position. He has a wealth of experience in business that he has shared with the club. He also served as the work program chairman for many years, overseeing various projects and improvements.

Frank is optimistic about the future of the club. He said that the club is headed in the right direction because of all the work, projects, and improvements that the members have done. He said that he loves being part of the club and enjoys spending time on his boat, Casper, named after a friendly disappearing ghost.
