Tex-Mex for February Dock Party

The Newburgh Yacht Club is in luck as we’ve got one of the most popular tastes in American Food today coming as the feature attraction of our February Dock Party.   Club Secretary, Stu Keeler, is presenting a Tex-Mex Party on Saturday evening February 21, 2015.

Stu has lined up all of the most favorite Tex-Mex delights for our menu including Quesadillas, Guacamole, Enchiladas, Chili, Tacos and more.   We’ve listed the complete menu for you.

1^st. Course- Soup & Salad

Appetizers- Cancun Quesadilla

Texican Chicken Wings

                    Festive  Guacamole  & Salsa with chips

4 Layered Mexican Dip with chips

Main Course:

Texas Chili (Beef) with Rice

Tacos- Fish (Tilapia) or Chicken with Sour cream, Salsa or Tex Mex sauce

Layered Enchiladas ( Beef)

Oven Roasted Chicken

Dessert-

Assorted Cookies & Treats Coffee as well

Beer ,Wine and Soda.  Beer will include Coronas.

All food will not be spicy (hot). There will be Jalapenos & hot sauce available to add to your feast.
