Everywhere I looked at the Newburgh Yacht Club’s Tex-Mex Fiesta February Dock Party there were smiling faces. Maybe it was a chance to put aside some of that cold winter weather, get together with friends and enjoy some of that wonderful Tex-Mex Food that was served.
Chairman Stu Keeler said almost 70 members and guests were on hand.
Enchiladas, tacos, baked chicken, soup, and an array of delicious appetizers were on the menu prepared by Chefs Edward “Moon” Mullins and Tom Costa.
