Three of our finest Irish Lads, Gil Scarazzini, George Winters and Edward “Moon” Mullins have stepped up and volunteered their services to be the chefs for our March Dock Party on Saturday evening March 21, 2015.
They’ve planned a full Irish Menu that would make St. Patrick proud. The evening begins with appetizers at 5:00 P.M. It includes the meal; beer featuring a selection of Irish Beer; Guinness; wine; dessert and coffee all for only $18.00 a person.
You can sign up online to attend by using the form below.
Here’s the menu:
Highlighting the meal will be the traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage.
It will be succulent and cooked to perfection.
Shepherds Pie; Baked Ham; Parsley Buttered Potatoes; Salad; and Irish Soda Bread will also be on the menu.
A chicken dish will be served for those who don’t want corned beef.
For the soup course we have something special. A culinary creation of Chef “Moon” Mullins.
Leprechaun Soup— I don’t think “Moon” actually puts Leprechauns in but I’ve heard they may help him make it. Its said that a taste of this soup could help you find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
To start off there’ll be cheeses and other Irish inspired Appetizers being served.
Irish Coffee will accompany the dessert course at this Irish themed dock party, we hope you will attend.
