Make your plans to attend the long standing start of the boating season at the Newburgh Yacht Club, the annual Blessing of the Fleet.   Records show this event has been a part of our tradition since the early 1900’s.  Come out and be a part of it on Sunday morning, June 7, 2015 starting at 10:00 A.M., as the boats are blessed for the upcoming season and we have a memorial remembrance for members and relatives of members who have passed away during the past year.  You can also take part in the boat parade held during the ceremony.   All this will be followed by a brunch and mimosa cocktails at Pamela’s On the Hudson Restaurant.  The ceremony will be held at our riverside flagpole weather permitting.
