This 4th of July falls on a Saturday.

Meaning that everyone who wants to enjoy the club and boating as they honor our nation’s birthday can partake in our’s July 4th Party and Pig Roast.

It’s going to be a spectacular get together.   Food and refreshments will be served from noon on.

Everyone is invited to spend the day.    Our brand new swimming pool should be open and in operation for this party.   In the evening we’re hoping fireworks on the river will be visible from the club.

This is the most favorite party all year for our  Chef, Edward “Moon” Mullins.   He’s going all out preparing some of his favorite dishes.    Here’s the menu:

• At Noon its Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chilli and all the trimmings
  • Including Potato, Macaroni  and Coleslaw Salads.
• Throughout the afternoon the following items are set to be served:
  • Smoked Ribs
  • Pulled Pork
• Dinner will be Chef Moon’s Specialty, Roast Pig
  • Among the side dishes to be served:
    • Mac and Cheese
    • Corn on the Cob
• Look for some Delectable Chef Surprises to be served as well
• Soda, Water, Wine and Beer will be served throughout the party
