Unseasonably cool temperatures in mid May greeted the members of the Newburgh Yacht Club and their guests attending the Commodore’s Cruise onboard the Pride of the Hudson. However they still enjoyed the scenic views, food and refreshments as the boat cruised from Newburgh to West Point and back.
Commodore Greg Dombroski and his wife Linda welcomed those coming aboard the cruise.

Shortly after getting underway Commodore Greg conducted a short program that featured the presentation of 2 life memberships to club members.
John Antinori received his life membership. It was pinned on by Marie Antinori.
Robert Chesser, Right, received his life membership. It was pinned on by his brother William Chesser, the immediate Past Commodore of the club.
Commodore Greg thanked all those who worked to make the event a success. Appetizers were served, catered by Mama Theresa’s. Following the cruise those attending adjourned to the club’s clubhouse for a light dinner of hamburgers, hot dogs and salads.
Edward “Moon” Mullins was busy manning the camera during the boarding and throughout the cruise. Here’s a gallery of his pictures for you to enjoy. Please feel free to download the gallery or right-click and save any individual pictures you’d like.
