March Dock Party A Sell Out
Newburgh Yacht Club Members and their guests came out in force getting a break from the snow enjoying the Irish Hospitality of the club’s March Dock Party.
Edward “Moon” Mullins our chef and event chairman, and his crew which may have included a few Leprechaun helpers put on a wonderful dinner. Succulent corned beef, shepherd’s pie, roast ham, chicken, cabbage, potatoes and carrots made for a satisfying menu.
There was also a potato/leek soup and a carrot/ginger soup. The later soup was provided by member, Tom Costa, proprietor of the North Plank Road Tavern in Newburgh.
Look for our next big event the Commodore’s Cruise coming up on Saturday, May 20.
