Commodore Greg Dombroski congratulates Richard Bremer on becoming Commodore Elect of the Newburgh Yacht Club.
Rich was elected unanimously during the club’s annual election held during the October General Meeting. He will start his term in January. He has served on the club board directors for many years and been a very active worker on club projects.
Commodore Dombroski also congratulated, Past Commodore Joe Sabo, who is retiring from the board. Joe has served continuously for more than 40 years as a club officer and director.
Past Commodore Bill Chesser (L) will continue to lend a helping hand. He was elected as Vice-Commodore for the coming year.
These officers were reelected.
These members were elected to 2 year terms as board of directors members.
Current 2-year directors, Jim Jankun, Jim Distefano, and Rich Bremer will continue to serve their terms. In January when Bremer becomes Commodore the board will appoint a replacement to his director position.
