All members and their guests are invited to this event.  Our brand new swimming pool will be open and in operation for this party.   In the evening we’re hoping fireworks on the river will be visible from the club.

Our Chef, Edward “Moon” Mullins is going all out preparing some of his favorite dishes.    Here’s the menu:

• At Noon its Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chilli and all the trimmings
  • Including Potato, Macaroni  and Coleslaw Salads.
• Throughout the afternoon the following items are set to be served:
  • Smoked Ribs
  • Pulled Pork
• Dinner will be Chef Moon’s Specialty, Roast Pig
  • Among the side dishes to be served:
    • Mac and Cheese
    • Corn on the Cob
• Look for some Delectable Chef Surprises to be served as well
• Soda, Water, Wine and Beer will be served throughout the party
