January Dock Party — Greek Night

January Dock Party Chairman Bill Himaris says:

The menu will feature nothing but the best, traditional and fresh Greek food straight out of the old country.

That’s right, the Newburgh Yacht Club clubhouse kitchen is going Greek for a night as I will be there cooking it all up with all the love and care as if my grandmother was preparing it.

Keftedes (Meatballs)
Lucanico (Sausage)
Spanakopita (Spinach Pie)

Main Course:
Roast Leg of Lamb
Roasted Potatoes
Baked Stuffed Shrimp
Traditional Greek Salad
Beer & Wine

Dessert:
Traditional Greek Pastries & Coffee
