Champlain Hudson Power Express Reaches Newburgh

The Mother Ship for Electric Cable Laying Project. It has anchored,at times, across the Hudson River from our club during the last couple of months. This ship handles the laying of the cables that will carry the electricity. It is joined by other smaller boats which handle the burying of the cable beneath the river bed. Rainy Day-but good Blessing of the Fleet

For the first time in many years stormy weather interfered with our Blessing of the Fleet. The rain and windy conditions forced us to cancel our Boat Parade, one of the most looked forward to parts of our Blessing program.
