For the first time Greek Cuisine was the highlight for one of our Winter Dock Parties.
Our members and guests enjoyed themselves dining on the food prepared by member Bill Himaras, who also served as the event chairman. He planned the menu featuring many of the most popular Greek dishes.
Bill in talking about the dinner said he’d be there cooking it all up with all the love and care as if his grandmother was preparing it.
Everything was delicious from the meatball and sausage appetizers, to Spanakopita (Spinach Pie), Greek Salad, Baked Shrimp, and Roasted Leg of Lamb.
Bill’s wife Risa, added her special talents by making a delicious array of Greek Pastries, including Baklava and specially decorated cupcakes.
In February, Gilbert Scarazzini will be our Dock Party Chairman. Look for a traditional Italian meal to be served family style. Gil will be announcing the date and all the details soon. Check your emails for upcoming information.
