Friday July 4th Update
Event is on. Tents being set up next to patio for extra cover if needed. Chef Moon says the pig is in the cooker.
Weather Update— Chef Moon reports he’s been checking the latest weather forecasts which he says are calling for improving weather tomorrow ( Friday July 4th) afternoon. He feels the weather will be clearing and making it a go for the Pig Roast as scheduled.
He however we’ll keep watching the latest forecasts and if there are any changes to report we’ll have the updates for you right here.

What’s more traditional than getting together at a nice dockside event for the 4th of July.
We’ve got one for you. A super-duper Pig Roast organized by our own superb chef, Edward “Moon” Mullins.
This is Moon’s pinnacle event. He’s perfected it over the years, even designing his own special cooker for the pig. He’s put together a great menu as you’ll see below. So mark your calendar for July 4th at the club. Sign up online to attend–use the form below.
The event begins at 12:00 noon with lunch items ( hamburgers and hot dogs, etc,) ….the roast pig, pulled pork, smoked ribs and more will be served later in the day.
Price includes Soda, bottled water, wine and beer.
Open to club members and their guests.
