Pool Fundraising Dinner Great Success!

Instead of our eighth annual golf fundraising event we had a BBQ steak dinner on Saturday, July 18th. We had a great turnout – 76 adults paid for dinner.
There are so many people to thank – let’s start with everyone who generously donated their time helping with the set-up, prep work, clean-up and take down – great job in some really hot weather!
Ed, “Moon”, Gill, Mike and Moon’s friend John did an incredible job cooking some delicious steaks with all the trimmings. For those who don’t know – all that prosciutto was donated by Moon and John worked for free.
Now, the sponsors – absolutely incredible – we received $3,900 in sponsorships and boosters. Thank you all for your generosity. We had about 15 beautiful gift baskets. Dinner for two at the North Plank Tavern donated and a 50/50 raffle
Can I have a drum roll……….. We were able to net $7104!!!
Again, many thanks to all those who participated, helped and made generous donations! Anyone who was not able to participate – it’s never too late to donate!
The pool looks great!!! Almost the end to lots of hard work, planning and dreams.

There were two more gift basket donors – Jan Stevenson, Tony & Patti. Also Tom & Denise Costa donated dinner for two at the North Plank Road Tavern. Cindy Chesser made dessert – delicious carrot cake. Moon and Dottie Centolanza donated umbrellas for the pool.
