Dock Party Chairman Bill Himaras brought out the big event grill and cooked New York Strip Sirloin Steaks as part of our romantic Surf and Turf Dinner which also featured broiled Lobster Tails.
Our Newburgh Yacht Club Members and guests enjoyed the evening. Bill reminds you to save the date of March 16th for our St. Patrick’s Dock Party.
Our member, Captain Bob Frederick proved he has some culinary skills in addition to his nautical ones. He decorated the cheesecake in the picture above.
