Work Program Begins
Saturday is the first day of the 2015 Work Program
We start promptly at 8:00am
Just a reminder: This Saturday, March 28th, 2015 is the first day of the 2015 Work Program. We start promptly at 8:00am. If you are going to participate, please bring a pair of work gloves and suitable footwear (work boots).
There is still a considerable amount of snow on the ground and around the boats, so even with the coming warm weather, there may be a limited amount of work that can be done on the Grounds and the Docks.
Punch Your Time Card
You will need to punch in on your Time Card.
Please remember to PUNCH OUT when you are done.
Members who fail to punch out may not get full credit for the hours they have worked, without their time being validated by a Work Program Chairperson.
Other Work Available
Jim Jankun is looking for people to work on theGrounds Committee for this season. It would be on a rotational basis, cutting the grass, whacking weeds, or sprucing up in general. You can do this work on your own schedule, so long as the grounds/grass looks good for the weekends.
House Committee Positions
Charlie Lane is looking for another person to work on the House Committee for the Spring/Summer of 2015. He also needs a person for the Fall/Winter, which will count for your 2016 Work Program!! You could get your 2016 hours in and be done before the Spring next year.
Edward “Moon” Mullins will be doing the coffee break and lunches on Saturdays for the Work Program and is asking for people to assist him, which will count as your Work Hours for 2015. If you can chop, prep and clean up, he can use your help.
Thank you,
